Shawn Harris is a Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Georgia’s 14th Congressional District. He previously ran in GA-14 in 2024. He has served in senior national-security roles including as a Senior Defense Official/Defense Attaché at the U.S. Department of State and as Chief of Staff at NATO, and held leadership positions in the Army National Guard. His education includes Tuskegee University, Grand Valley State University, and the U.S. Army War College.
