About
Keisha Lance Bottoms is an American attorney and Democratic politician who served as the 60th mayor of Atlanta, Georgia, from 2018 to 2022. Before becoming mayor, she served on the Atlanta City Council and worked as a municipal court judge in Fulton County. She later served in the Biden administration as a Senior Advisor for Public Engagement (2022–2023) and has since launched a campaign for governor of Georgia in the 2026 election cycle.
