Robert Brian Strickland is a Republican attorney and Georgia state senator representing Senate District 42. He previously served in the Georgia House of Representatives (District 111) and then in the Georgia Senate (District 17) before moving to District 42. In the Senate he has chaired the Judiciary Committee and has worked on criminal justice and mental health-related legislation. He is a candidate for Georgia Attorney General in 2026.
