Timothy K. Fleming is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives (District 114), first elected in 2022 and serving since 2023. He previously served in Georgia state government as Chief of Staff to Gov. Brian Kemp and earlier worked in the Georgia Secretary of State’s office under Kemp, including as Deputy Secretary of State. Fleming has launched a campaign for Georgia Secretary of State in the 2026 election.
