Marcus Flowers is a Democratic candidate and U.S. Army veteran who ran for Congress in Georgia’s 14th Congressional District in 2022 against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. He later filed as a Democratic candidate for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District in the 2024 cycle. He is also the founder and president of Hold the Line PAC and has described prior work as a civilian official/contractor supporting the U.S. Department of State and Department of Defense.
