Jason Fernando Esteves is an American attorney and Democratic politician from Georgia who represented Georgia State Senate District 35 (parts of Fulton and Cobb counties) from January 2023 until resigning in September 2025 while running for governor. He previously served on the Atlanta Public Schools Board of Education, including as board chair. He is a former Teach For America middle-school social studies teacher and has worked as a corporate attorney/executive and small-business owner.
